| | | | | | | | | | | | | Turn off io_is_busy which helps reduce the power consumption when doing things like playing youtube videos (slightly). For lower frequencies, enable a tiny powersave_bias. That will target lower frequencies and should cause us to idle more often at min frequency and generally slide the frequency utilizations down a little bit.
