Make Cmake work with debug build
Before this CL, the following failed to link:
cd .../skia
git fetch
git checkout origin/master
git clean -ffdx
SKIA="$PWD"
cd $(mktemp -d);
cmake "${SKIA}/cmake" -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -G Ninja
ninja
