Make CompanionDeviceManager.apk to platform signed
Inorder to make CompanionDeviceMananger to be able to
get appInfo from non-0 profile we need to add
android.permission.INTERACT_ACROSS_USERS permission and
make CompanionDeviceManager.ap platform signed.
