Introduce CDM AssociationRequestsProcessor
Moving the code for handling incoming AssociationRequests from
CompanionDeviceManagerServices into a separate class -
AssociationRequestsProcessor.
AssociationRequestsProcessor is reponsible for:
- validating the incoming requests
- making a decision whether user confirmation is required
- launching and communicating with the UI (if needed)
