Add "debug.rs.default-CPU-driver" property for RS driver.
To switch back to the CPU driver (libRSDriver.so):
adb shell setprop debug.rs.default-CPU-driver 1
To turn this behavior off:
adb shell setprop debug.rs.default-CPU-driver 0
