arm64/configs: marlin: increase log buffer to 1 MiB
Right after boot, /dev/kmsg no longer contains the earliest
boot messages. Increase log buffer to 1 MiB, same as Wahoo.
6,64,0,-;log_buf_len individual max cpu contribution: 262144 bytes
6,65,0,-;log_buf_len total cpu_extra contributions: 786432 bytes
6,66,0,-;log_buf_len min size: 131072 bytes
6,67,0,-;log_buf_len: 1048576 bytes
