msm-ion build fixes/hacks for 3.18.124
Due to the ion changes in 3.18.124, the msm_ion.c code stops building
properly. This commit is based on a change from Qualcomm for the 4.4
tree and works to re-export the private functions as they "know" they
are using them properly.
The fix is not "complete", they supposedly have more patches after this
to resolve some of the obvious issues with this change. But it is good
to go for now as it resolves the build/run errors and is needed.
