usb: phy: qmp: Fine Tune QMP PHY configuration
Set suggested QMP PHY configuration for QMP Rev 0 PHY.
This would improve QMP PHY functionality which helps to fix
some of SSUSB related stability issues seen while using high
throughput data transfer for longer duration.
Also rearrange few registers entry to make it more comparable
with recommended sequence.
