input: touchscreen: modified some code about workround condition.
modify for himax touchscreen to fix one touchscreen can't be used bug.
1.himax_HW_reset().
When the touch ic is during the period of reset flow,it turn off irq.
This will void the needless data be sent to baseband.
2.himax_ts_work()
two condition of HW_RESET_ACTIVATE
2.1 The the touch ic skip the first irq after reset.
This will void the needless data be sent to baseband.
2.2 When the touch ic is during the period of reset flow,
it doesnot do hand_shanking.This will void the touch ic do hand_shanking,
when the touch ic is during the period of reset flow.
