msm: clock-8084: Remove the dummy clocks

Dummy clocks were used on simulation target and should be removed
from the table used on real hardware.

Note that there are still two dummy clocks used as they are needed
for the smmu driver to probe successfully. They can be removed once
the smmu driver fix this issue.
