ARM: dts: msm: Remove device tree bindings that use msm_sdcc driver
Qualcomm's Secure Digitial Host Controller supports the standard host
controller interface (SDHCI). Remove msm_sdcc device tree bindings for
all targets that already support the SDHCI interface.
