ARM: dts: msm: Add support for qseecom node in 8026

Add support for secure app region with a lower memory footprint
for wearbale devices.  Wearable devices have lower memory,
and due to this the secureapp region memory is reduced
from the parent chipset 8226.

This pacth adds a new node that reports a lower memory region
for secureapp as compared to what is there for 8226.
