ARM: dts: mdm9630: Set max mbps for usb bam in HS and SS mode
Max mbps in HS and SS properties allow the usb bam driver to vote for IPA
performance requirements. Clients of the IPA, such as the USB or HSIC BAMs
can declare the max bandwidth they require to work with the IPA, and
using this declaration, the IPA can fine tune its clocks frequencies to
get better performance utilization.
