defconfig: msm: iommu: Enable VBIF check for msm8974, msm8226, and apq8084
The VBIF check will help debugging issues related to IOMMU TLB sync, IOMMU
halt, and VBIF issues. With this option enabled when an issue occurs the
kernel log will contain debugging information.
