msm: smp2p: Support multiplatform
Upstream prefers existing drivers be converted to support multiplatform
kernels. This requires drivers to be located in generic functionality
directories instead of specific mach directories.
Move the smp2p core driver to the drivers/soc/qcom location and move the
smp2p gpio driver to the drivers/gpio location to support multiplatform.
