msm: kgsl: Omit certain protected registers from the snapshot dump
Do not dump any registers from the Secure Video Block A which is
the 4K block starting at the 0xF000 dword offset. These registers
are protected by the Hypervisor and their access from HLOS causes
a stage 2 page fault.
