usb: qmp: phy: Clear LFPS RXTERM irq upon bus suspend
After XO shutdown, QMP phy generates LFPS RXTERM interrupt
to wake up the system as a result of host initiated resume.
Since phy driver is not clearing this interrupt, device fails
to wakeup from subsequent XO shutdown. Hence clear this
interrupt before enabling phy autonomous mode upon bus suspend.
