arm64: dts: lge: Remove long panel on delay
This partially reverts commit 11fc88d1339b27ebb6009a3d8ce54cd8bac3b28a.
This was added to fix issues with the display flickering after turning
on with Always On Display. Unfortunately, a lot of users don't use AOD
so this introduces an unnecessary panel on delay. I really hate
reverting OEM commits that I know are not technically broken but I am
tired of hearing people complain and some people are refusing to upgrade
their kernels, which is unacceptable to me.
I have not heard of anyone complaining about said flickering issue in my
thread so this is probably an acceptable deviation from stock. However,
should Google decided to bring 11fc88d1339 in to Oreo during the June/July
security update like I theorized, this commit will be reverted, as
Google has clearly decided the regression is worth it to the masses.
This effectively brings us back to commit 11d84e58a20fffb97352d4a3f7b2ffc226057c58.
