Revert "arm64: strcmp: align to 64B cache line"
This reverts commit d38597b9c46ac2d48ea26a3d284fbe32d01a5edf.
Nothing wrong with this but it is in a different spot than Motorola.
While it most likely doesn't matter, I'd rather be safe than sorry.
