{htc,lge}_battery: Revert all checks for a particular device's battery
These were not accurate enough. The Pixel 2 can have a battery that is
either Muskie, Walleye, OR Unknown. Rather than checking the battery ID
and trying to work around all of the different potential types, let's
just check the device hardware cmdline parameter that is passed from
the bootloader.
