Revert "binder: add missing binder_unlock()"
While this is a correct commit for the upstream 4.4 tree, our tree
does not have the global binder lock, as it was removed in commit
e04d752ca760 ("binder: remove global binder lock"). This commit will
break our build.
This reverts commit bf5a6a7256834ad88104d3a99cc935c9ac49b527.
