HACK: scripts: wireguard: Force download from master
The 0.0.20180524 snapshot currently fails to buuld because of commit
a0225408e002 ("compat: work around qcom 4.9 backports"). I have
CANARY_MASK defined due to some backports from CopperheadOS for kernel
hardening but I don't have get_random_u32. This is already fixed in
master with commit a969a6d4c4f7 ("compat: don't clash with
get_random_u32 backports").
Use the master branch until there is another snapshot.
