Revert "USB: f_fs: Use HS and SS descriptors without checking gadget speed"
This is in 4.4.119 as commit 7a67ec752f2b ("usb: gadget: f_fs: Process
all descriptors during bind"). Take that version to avoid conflicts in
future stable merges.
This reverts commit 362a9cd1380e16a963c20d453ae14ee3611f3f21.
