htc_battery: Move battery check into htc_battery_probe_process
htc_correct_battery_type and the waiting for bms in htc_battery_probe
are unnecessary because htc_battery_probe_process already does this.
Additionally, an unknown battery ID will only happen if it is not
Walleye so just return -ENODEV instead of letting the driver register.
