wahoo: Downgrade from EAS 1.5 to EAS 1.4
I'm noticing some weird issues with the CPUs sticking to their max
frequency occasionally. I think it's possible that there was some
regression with EAS 1.5 so downgrading for the time being to do a
full investigation.
