msm: mdss: Don't constantly fire interrupts for DSI status check
The DSI status check that uses the vsync GPIO results in an interrupt being fired every time a vsync event occurs, which results in several interrupts being fired and processed constantly for no reason. Instead of needlessly letting the vsync interrupt fire non-stop, force it to fire at most twice every STATUS_CHECK_INTERVAL_MS (5000 ms). This results in reduced CPU usage for this feature.
