wlan: Remove WLAN_FEATURE_HOLD_RX_WAKELOCK feature
- WLAN_FEATURE_HOLD_RX_WAKELOCK feature acquires 50 ms wake lock for
every rx data packet.
- Remove this feature such that we can avoid wake lock for every RX
data packet.
