Xfon 4.4.3: DUT takes more time to connect to repeater.
This patch is provided by QCOM . Detils about the fix is
As part of this gerrit added telescopic roaming scanning method
to identify the canddiate AP.
-First roam scan will be triggered with interval of
'gEmptyScanRefreshPeriod'.
-consecutive roam scans will be performed at multiplier
of two times to the previous scan interval till the
configure item 'gEmptyScanMaxPeriod'.
-Once it reaches the 'gEmptyScanMaxPeriod' all the scans will be
of interval 'gEmptyScanMaxPeriod'.
