net: wireless: bcmdhd: Define ENABLE_FW_ROAM_SUSPEND
Issue: AGO use cases are not working properly due after
suspend/ AP connection lost cases.
Reason: The roam setting got tampered on suspend/resume
So the user space roam optimize setting's are not effective
for AGO use-cases.
Solution: Enable ENABLE_FW_ROAM_SUSPEND flag in driver. So that
roam_off iovar changing on suspend/Resume will be removed.
