Revert "msm: rq_stats: Fix missing initalization of cur_freq"
This reverts commit ca4f50a16b39c33863e61af7c9cb275230b33da2.
This change was introduced to initialize the cur_freq for
proper load calculations. But accessing acpuclk_krait_get_rate
during boot seems to be creating kernel crash issues.
After reverting this change, another change will be pushed to
solve the original issue.
