arm64: dts: 19821/19855/20809: add dp-support-customizeds12.1
On OOS 12/13, 19855 and 20809 had broken DP out due to this prop being
missing. 19821 didn't have this issue on stock, but because we copied
19855's display dts over to 19821, we ended up causing 19821 to have the
same issue.
Readd `oplus,dp-support-customized;` to get DP out working again.
