Implement KCAL color calibration
kcal: sde_hw: color proc v4: add RGB bias
Implement the RGB control part of kcal in new sde driver.
Color mask bias can be applied at the points identified.
Add internal values to be hooked for sysfs or other
means of control.

There's no point in using integers where a short is big enough.
