Revert "qcacld-2.0: fix wlan link stats report error issue"
This reverts commit I747e8847c5cd26107852a769258b7503eb87660e.
The root cause is firmware not set moreResultToFollow, so the host
driver thought there are no more link stats info and will report
WDA_LINK_LAYER_STATS_RESULTS_RSP at the incorrect time.
