Remove AsyncChannel usage in NsdManager
Replace AsyncChannel with two AIDL interfaces: INsdManagerCallback and
INsdServiceConnector.
This will be helpful to move NsdManager into a module, avoiding the
dependency on the hidden AsyncChannel utility.
