libsnapshot: fix tests
- Add TestDeviceInfo(string, string) to avoid holding
the 'rebooted' TestDeviceInfo variable after ownership is
transferred
- OTA client calls BeginUpdate after unmapping partitions.
Test: run libsnapshot_test
