Merge changes from topic "rs_vndk_step3"
* changes:
Tests are run with proper namespace configs by their locations
Fix: make vndk namespace visible for 2016 Pixes
vndk: remove vendor/lib from the search path of the 'vndk' namespace
libz is back to LLNDK
