kernel: dtsi: fix hynix emmc5.0 life time issue
When Vcc is turned off/on between Sleep and Reset, eMMC recognized that
it is power-on initial sequence. At this time, eMMC enter initialization
flow and update SPOMoveCNT value. As a result, Erase counts of NAND
Blocks are increased, which reach 1000*1000 times, device can not boot.
Keep the Vcc always on can fix this issue, and at the same time which
can speedup awake time and increase 30uA cuurent.
